It's not unusual for us to receive multiple requests from potential clients inquiring about a specific date. Needless to say, we will be turning away other potential customers when we hold your date for you. For this reason, all deposits/booking fees are non refundable, should you for any reason you decide to cancel. In some rare cases, when you decide to cancel your event months prior, we can offer a refund of part or all of the deposit/booking fee. This will however depend on the services involved in the original booking & time of cancellation.

No. We work very hard to achieve the most competitive prices we can and receive discounts from all of our partners. We then pass on a portion of the discount to you. For example, we get a lot of work for our caterers and therefore we get a discount on every order. Lets say the discount on your order is £100. We add £60 for our own profit but the total amount you pay through us is still £40 cheaper then it would be if you had gone to them direct. When you consider this is the same for multiple services, booking with Cloud 9 will often save you a lot of money, as well as time & hassle!

In most cases we will require full payment a month before the event. This is usually when you have booked multiple services. In some circumstances when it's just a DJ you have hired, we can accept the remaining balance on the day/night of the event prior to beginning. As a general rule we will hold a date for two weeks to give you time to decide whether to move ahead with the booking. This can change when the event isn't far in the future or when booking multiple services. Should this be the case, we will make you aware when we respond with a quote.
