Cloud 9 Refund/Cancellation Policy
Cloud 9 DJ's will refund any deposits paid for an event if cancellation occurs 90 days or more before the date of the event. Cancellations after the 90 days will result in a loss of your deposit. This 90 day period allows us a fair and reasonable time period to possibly gain back a booking for the date, as we will have turned away other potential customers while holding your reservation.
Should you wish to reschedule your event 90 days or more before the date of the event Cloud 9 DJ's will re-allocate your services to the new date at no extra charge. However changing dates may result in certain services no longer being available as they may already be booked on the new date.
Should you wish to reschedule after the 90 day deadline your deposit will be lost & another deposit will need to be paid in order to secure the new booking date.
Weather permitting events
Should you need to reschedule or cancel an event due to rain or other increment weather then it is at the discretion of Cloud 9 DJ's as to how best proceed. In most cases where we have availability we will always do our best to reschedule.
There shall be no discounts or refunds given in the event that the occasion finishes earlier then contracted. The full amount agreed must be paid in full on the day/night of the event unless specified otherwise.
Cancelling due to epidemics (Such as Covid-19)
Should we be forced into a lock down and/or a similar situation due to a virus or other contagion you will be offered the following two options...
A full refund of your deposit (this even applies if after the 90 day deadline).
Rescheduling of your event to another date (this will depend on our availability)
